We recognized within our first year of serving drinks that if we literally threw away all the pre-packaged mixes on the market and echoed what we were doing in the kitchen - preparing simple, exciting food from locally driven, seasonal ingredients - we would "raise the bar" and create an incredible array of handcrafted cocktails. Today we are proud to offer truly unique libations with flavors created from our team of "bar chefs". Each season our staff is encouraged to brain storm, test, and create cocktails that express the seasons of Colorado. Over the years we have witnessed the emergence of an array of Colorado made spirits from whiskey to gin and vodka, and are amazed at the quality products being produced right here in our own backyard.
