Chef Kelly Liken and Master Butcher Mark DeNittis will team up on Saturday, December 7, 2013 to present the third annual "Whole Hog Dinner" dinner and butchery demonstration. Held at Restaurant Kelly Liken in Vail, CO, the event will feature a pork-centric, seasonally inspired four-course menu, paired with hand-crafted cocktails from mixologist Ian Tulk, featuring spirits from Colorado distillery Leopold Bros. With a long-standing dedication to supporting the Colorado agricultural community, the star of the evening will be a whole Blue Butt hog that Kelly has sourced from Logan Story of Story Farms, a student of the local 4-H program.
Dinner seating is at 6:00PM.
