Chef/owner Kelly Liken has been formally trained at the Culinary Institute of America, located in Hyde Park, NY. Graduating first in her class, Kelly went on to work at The Inn at Little Washington in Virginia, before joining the kitchen staff of Splendido at the Chateau, located in Beaver Creek, CO.
