Wine List

From the very beginning, we have been committed to offering a variety of wines by the glass. Over 50 wines are available in 3 oz, 6 oz, 12.5 oz pours to encourage pairings with individual courses.. We provide a focused list with 250 bottle selections, 60 of which are available by the glass. Our list is designed for rapid decision making from the host without pouring over a 20 page list for 10 min. Additionally, each day we create custom wine flights, as well as food and wine pairings.

We believe that we should all be intimate with the people who make the wine, the farmers that grow the grapes, and the family that owns the winery. The selections on our list are often comprised of wineries we have visited and people we have met in their vineyards. It is our job to spread their stories and put their wines on your lips.

Many of the wines on our list are extremely allocated or restricted to only restaurants. We proudly add them to our list and share them with our guests - even if we can only secure one or two bottles.

Wine is essential in the enjoyment of your evening. Dining with us is not just about the food, but about the synergy of food and wine together, creating an entire experience.
